Terms of Use

The Wright On Time customer portal is for placing and tracking delivery orders with Diamondback Delivery LLC, doing business as Wright On Time Delivery. By using it you agree to the following.

Accounts

Accounts are set up by us, by invitation. Keep your password to yourself — orders placed from your account are your company's orders. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Orders

Give us accurate pickup, delivery, and shipment details — we dispatch from what you enter. Submitting an order is a request for service; pricing is set by our office and billed to the account on the ticket. Need to change a submitted order? Call the office.

Billing

Invoices are issued per your company's arrangement with us and are due on the stated terms. Fuel surcharges apply where your agreement includes them.

The service

The portal is provided as-is and may occasionally be down for maintenance. If it's unavailable, call the office and we'll take your order by phone. We may suspend accounts that misuse the portal.

The fine print

These terms are governed by Kansas law. If we update them, the date at the top changes and continued use means you accept the update. Order and billing questions: dispatch@wrightdelivery.com; portal and technical questions: webmaster@wrightdelivery.com.
